PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for producing a percutaneous absorption preparation capable of excellently discharging nicotine from a coating head.SOLUTION: When pure water is added to a stock solution of nicotine in a preparation tank 31, viscosity of nicotine is increased to a target viscosity level higher than an initial level (6 mPas) of the stock solution. A coating head 10 generates microdroplets from the nicotine with viscosity increased to the target viscosity level, and blows them toward a base material sheet 90 conveyed horizontally by a conveying mechanism 20. The target viscosity level is 10-13 mPas suitable for generation and discharge of ink droplets by the coating head 10. Therefore, the nicotine with viscosity increased to a required proper value of the coating head 10 is discharged from a nozzle of the coating head 10, and the nicotine can be excellently discharged while preventing occurrence of split, satellite and mist of droplets.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】塗布ヘッドからニコチンを良好に吐出することができる経皮吸収製剤の製造方法および製造装置を提供する。【解決手段】調合タンク31にてニコチンの原液に純水を添加することによって粘度を原液の初期値(6mPa・s)よりも大きな目標粘度値に増加させている。塗布ヘッド10はその目標粘度値にまで増粘したニコチンから微小液滴を生成し、搬送機構20によって水平方向に搬送される基材シート90に吹き付ける。目標粘度値は、塗布ヘッド10がインクの液滴を生成して吐出するのに適正な10~13mPa・sである。従って、塗布ヘッド10の要求適正値に増粘されたニコチンが塗布ヘッド10のノズルから吐出されることとなり、液滴の分裂およびサテライトやミストの発生を抑制してニコチンを良好に吐出することができる。【選択図】図1
