PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion device configured with two bending parts arranged at the end of its insertion part by which the length of the whole bending parts is prevented from being longer than a conventional device and the bending parts can be actively operated and bent in four directions and therefore position adjustment of the end of the insertion part can be easily performed, without increasing the number of bending operation members.SOLUTION: An insertion device includes: a first bending part 4 a second bending part 5 first coil pipes 41 whose ends 41s are fixed to an intermediate mouthpiece 28 second coil pipes 42 whose ends 42s are fixed to a connection mouthpiece 29 third coil pipes 43 whose ends 43s are fixed to the connection mouthpiece 29 first wires 31 which are inserted into the first coil pipes 41 and whose ends 31s are fixed to an end piece 4ks second wires 32 which is inserted into the second coil pipes 42 and whose ends 32s are fixed to the end piece 4ks and third wires 33 which are inserted into the third coil pipes 43 and whose ends 33s are fixed to an end piece 5ks.
