<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a substance useful as the component of a medicinal agent coming into contact with the eye such as an instillation liquid and a maintaining liquid for contact lenses, and to provide an ophthalmologic composition containing such useful substance and a composition for contact lens. <；P>；SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic composition and the composition for contact lens contain apolactoferrin. The apolactoferrin has an antibacterial action and enhances the wetness of the eyes and the surface of a contact lens.
