PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to perform imaging while suppressing as much as possible a change in a moire fringe phase corresponding to a measurement spot when imaging a subject that moves relatively with respect to a grating.SOLUTION: An imaging device includes: an interferometer having a first grating for diffracting an electromagnetic wave that penetrates a subject and forming an interference pattern, a second grating for forming moire between itself and the interference pattern, and a detector for imaging the moire； and moving means for relatively moving the subject in a first direction with respect to the second grading. The imaging device continuously images the moire by the detector while relatively moving the subject in the first direction by the moving means.
