The present invention provides a fusion protein comprising, in a synergistically effective amount, a) (i) at least one plant growth stimulating protein or peptide； and (ii) a target sequence that localizes the fusion protein to the outer membrane of a Bacillus cell. Recombinant outer membrane-producing Bacillus cells that express； and b) a composition comprising at least one specific fungicide disclosed herein. The invention further relates to the use of this composition as well as methods for promoting plant growth, enhancing plant health and / or reducing overall damage to plants and plant parts.
