The present invention includes compositions for treating lysosomal storage diseases or disorders, and methods of use thereof. In certain embodiments, the compositions of the present invention comprise a histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi), cyclodextrin, water, optionally polyalkylene glycol, and optionally dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO).
