PURPOSE: A juicing apparatus capable of simply separating fibers is provided to remove the fibers attached to the surface of a compressing roller using a fiber removing blade. CONSTITUTION: A juicing apparatus comprises the following: a pair of compressing rollers(20, 21) operated by the power of motors(10, 11); a through-hole(81) an oval shaped long groove(82), and a recess(83) are installed on fiber separation pitch boards located on both edges of the compressing rollers; a transfer unit installed on the lower side of the compress rollers; fiber removing blades(150, 151) installed on one side of the compressing rollers in a slope shape; a conveyor belt, an iron net conveyor belt, and a mesh conveyor belt operated by the motors; juice guiding grooves(30, 31) guiding the flow of juice, and collecting the juice in a juice transfer pipe; juice containers(50) receiving the juice from juice discharging containers located on the lower side of the juice guiding grooves.
