The present invention refers to a device for treatment of a blood vessel comprising: a catheter (C) configured to be inserted in a blood vessel (V) to be treated； a selection member (S) associated with said catheter (C) to prevent a blood flow at least in a determined section (T) of said blood vessel (V)； self-perfusion means (A) associated with said catheter (C) to provide a fluidic connection between a first portion (P1) of said blood vessel (V) upstream said determined section (T) and a second portion (P2) of said blood vessel (V) downstream said determined section (T)； a treatment system (F) associated with said catheter (C) to make a fluid drug flow at least to said determined section (T).
