PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cannula capable of lowering the speed of blood when blood flow backs to a blood vessel such as the main artery or the like from an extracorporeal circulation circuit and capable of reducing the sideration of atherothrombosis.
SOLUTION: The cannula 10 formed with a flow channel having a distal end tip 12 which is inserted into the blood vessel to discharge a fluid into the blood vessel, formed at one end, and a fluid introducing part 11A into which the fluid is introduced, at the other end and allowing the fluid to flow to one end from the other end. The distal end tip 12 includes a fluid passing part for holding the fluid, a discharge port 13 extending in a fluid discharging direction and fluid path control means 14 which expands the range of the passing path of the fluid discharged from the discharge port 13 according to the advance of the fluid and contracts the range of the passing path after expanded according to the advance of the fluid.
