The present invention provides a fast pulp-gathering apparatus for gathering the pulp of a fruit having a tough peel with a first surface being the outer surface of the fruit and a second surface contact the pulp. The apparatus comprising a bearing mechanism having a bearing surface to carry the first surface of the tough peel, a peel-flattening mechanism having two holding portions for holding two ends of the tough peel and a grid knife configured between the two holding portions and a separating mechanism connect to one of the bearing mechanism and the peel-flattening mechanism.
