PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing apparatus being less liable to damage fruits when post-processing harvest such as fruits with stems.SOLUTION: A processing apparatus 1 for separating removal parts in the periphery of harvest includes paired plates 20, 30 placed opposite to each other. The respective plates include opposite surfaces 22s, 32s directed to the opposite plate sides respectively at least parts of the opposite surfaces of the respective plates face each other and the paired opposite surfaces have an interval D for clamping the harvest.
