PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fruit-treating device which can efficiently perform pretreatment and paring of a fruit.SOLUTION: A fruit-treating device 1 has an intermittent rotation portion 4 which intermittently rotates, and a paring mechanism 8 arranged at a predetermined paring position along the rotation direction of the intermittent rotation portion 4, wherein the intermittent rotation portion 5 has at least a pre-processing mechanism 5 for processing the predetermined portion of a fruit F in a predetermined shape and at least a fruit-holding mechanism 6 for holding the fruit F processed with the pre-processing mechanism 5. The intermittent rotation portion 4 intermittently rotates so that the pre-processing mechanism 5 is stopped at a predetermined fruit supply position and the fruit-holding mechanism 6 is stopped at the predetermined fruit supply position and at the fruit-paring position. The pre-processing mechanism 5 pre-processes the fruit F, when stopped at the fruit supply position. The fruit-holding mechanism 6 holds the fruit F, when stopped at the fruit supply position, and then conveys the fruit to the fruit-paring position.
