PURPOSE: A hot air feeder is provided to quickly remove moisture from grains by supplying hot air to the grains, and to enable users to roast the grains while rapidly and drastically reducing the roasting time and energy. CONSTITUTION: A hot air feeder(100) for a roasting apparatus comprises a feeder body(105) which is kept in a bracket in the rear part of a grain roasting apparatus in an impeller type or the upper part of a grain roasting apparatus in a drum rotary type； a heater(107) which is mounted on the lower part of the feeder body to receive a power source and generate heat； a blower(109) which is mounted on a connector protruded toward the side of the feeder body, and generates wind； and a supply tube(112) which supplies hot air to grains, and is connected in order to quickly remove or discharge moisture. A heat blocking board(113) is additionally attached to the outside of the supply tube in order to prevent physical damage of an operator due to the heated supply tube in the process of supplying hot air at high temperatures.본 발명은 곡물을 볶는 과정에서 열풍을 공급하여 곡물의 수분을 빠르게 제거하여 신속하게 볶아 효율적인 작업을 가능하게 하면서 볶음에 소요되는 시간과 에너지를 절감할 수 있도록 한 곡물 볶음장치용 열풍공급기에 관한 것으로서,임펠러회전타입 곡물 볶음장치 또는 드럼회전타입 곡물 볶음장치에 적용하여 볶음을 수행하고자 하는 곡물에 함유된 수분을 신속하게 증발 또는 배출시킬 수 있도록 하는 열풍공급기를 구성함에 있어서；상기 열풍공급기는, 임펠러회전타입 곡물 볶음장치의 후미 또는 드럼회전타입 곡물 볶음장치의 상측에 브라켓으로 유지되는 공급기바디와, 상기 공급기바디의 하측에 전원을 인가받아 열을 발생시킬 수 있도록 장착하는 히터와, 상기 공급기바디의 측방으로 돌출되는 연결관에 장착되어 바람을 일으키는 송풍기와, 상기 공급기바디 상측으로는 임펠러회전타입 곡물 볶음장치(101)의 또는 드럼회전타입 곡물 볶음장치의 볶음솥과 볶음드럼 내부에서 교반되는 곡물로 열풍을 공급하여 수분을 신속하게 증발 또는 배출시킬 수 있도록 연결하는 공급관을 포함하는 것이 특징이다.
