The present invention relates to a culture scaffold for promoting stem cell differentiation comprising a multilayer graphene film and, more specifically, to a culture scaffold for promoting stem cell differentiation which is capable of promoting the osteogenic differentiation of stem cells as a result of laminating a graphene film without comprising an additional substance. The culture scaffold according to the present invention promotes the differentiation of stem cells and thus is expected to be variously applicable to application fields of stem cells in/outside the body.La présente invention concerne une charpente de culture pour favoriser la différenciation des cellules souches comprenant un film de graphène multicouche et, plus spécifiquement, une charpente de culture favorisant la différenciation des cellules souches qui est susceptible de favoriser la différenciation ostéogénique des cellules souches en résultat de la stratification d'un film de graphène sans comprendre de substance additionnelle. La charpente de culture selon la présente invention favorise la différenciation des cellules souches et peut donc s'appliquer à divers champs d'application des cellules souches dans/à l'extérieur du corps.본 발명은 다층 그래핀 필름을 포함하는 줄기세포 분화 촉진용 배양 지지체에 관한 것으로, 보다 자세하게는 추가 물질의 구성 없이 그래핀 필름을 적층시킴으로써 줄기세포의 골 분화를 촉진시킬 수 있는 줄기세포 분화 촉진용 배양 지지체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 배양 지지체는 줄기세포의 분화를 촉진시킴으로써 체내/외의 줄기세포 응용 분야에 다양하게 적용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
