The present invention relates to a bird expeller, and the bird expeller according to the present invention comprises: a stationary body, a rotary body, and a controller. A lower portion of the stationary body is coupled with a tower or an electric pole, and a connector having a stator is formed on an upper portion of the stationary body. The rotary body includes rotating wings and a rotator on which a coil is wound, and is connected to the connector. When the rotary body is connected with the stationary body, the rotator is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the rotary body at a height corresponding to the outer circumferential surface of the stator, so that the rotary body generates electricity by wind power or is rotated at the time of application of electric power supplied from the outside. The controller stores the electricity which is generated by the rotary body using wind power, and rotates the rotary body by applying current to the coil in case of calm wind.
