PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a desired image by calculating a physical amount of base materials without causing redundancy or increasing a computing time.SOLUTION: An image processing devices includes: a data acquisition part which acquires projection data every energy range obtained by discriminating X-ray photons made incident to a plurality of X-ray detection elements into three or more energy ranges a base materials computing part for calculating a physical amount of a plurality of base materials smaller in number than the number of the energy ranges on the basis of the projection data every energy range and an image generation part which uses the physical amount of base materials to generate a desired image.
