PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating apparatus which heats a material to be heated to a preset temperature in high accuracy by turning on electricity.SOLUTION: The heating apparatus 10a includes heaters 11a-11d having electrodes set on a pipe member in pairs for heating the material to be heated B with Joule heat, measures the inlet temperature of the heater 11a with an inlet temperature sensor 31, calculates average electric conductivity of the material to be heated in the heater based on initial electric conductivity of the material to be heated and an inlet temperature, calculates calorific value of the heater based on the average electric conductivity and voltage supplied to the electrodes, and calculates the outlet temperature of the material to be heated based on the calorific value, the inlet temperature and specific heat. The output voltage supplied to the electrodes is controlled so that the outlet temperature becomes to a target temperature while making a comparison between the target temperature of the material to be heated and the outlet temperature.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】被加熱物を設定温度に高精度で通電加熱し得るようにする。【解決手段】この加熱装置10aは被加熱物Bをジュール熱により加熱するために、管状部材に対をなして設けられる電極を有する加熱器11a~11dを有し、加熱器11aの入口温度が入口温度センサ31により測定され、被加熱物の初期電気伝導度および入口温度に基づいて加熱器内における被加熱物の平均電気伝導度を演算し、平均電気伝導度および電極に供給される電圧に基づいて加熱器の発熱量を演算し、発熱量、入口温度および比熱に基づいて被加熱物の出口温度を演算する。被加熱物の目標温度と出口温度とを比較して出口温度が目標温度となるように電極に供給される出力電圧を制御する。【選択図】図1
