The ultrasound therapy device is equipped with: a vibration-transmitting unit, which transmits ultrasound vibrations to the tip of the ultrasound probe and is provided with an amplitude-increasing unit that is disposed closer to the leading end than the ultrasound transducer and increases the amplitude of the ultrasound vibrations, and an ultrasound probe that runs from the amplitude-increasing unit towards the leading end along the longitudinal axis； and a hole-defining part that runs from the tip of the vibration-transmitting unit towards the base end along the longitudinal axis and defines a hole-shaped part inside the vibration-transmitting unit.
