The present invention relates to a hydroponic cultivation system using ionized water which comprises an ionization device (100) for ionizing water； a hydroponic cultivation device (200) in which ionized water is supplied； a pipe for supplying ionized water of the ionization device (100) to the hydroponic cultivation device (200)； and a plurality of hydroponic beds mounted on the hydroponic cultivation device (200), wherein the ionization device (100) comprises: an inlet (11) through which water is introduced； a flow rate part for measuring the amount or speed of water passing through the inlet (11) to a filter part (13)； and an electrode part (18) to ionize water passed through the filter part (13).
