The present invention relates to a compound having a structure as shown in formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or prodrug thereof, wherein R1 is ethyl, -H, or methyl and R2 is a side chain having a structure as shown in formula (II) wherein X1 is C=O, CH2, C=S, C-OH, C-NH2, or C-NO2, X2 to X4 are independently selected from CH2, C=O, C=S, C-OH, and C-NH2, or R2 is -NH2, for use in treating and/or preventing of atrial arrhythmia in a subject.
