PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subject information acquisition apparatus capable of improving the accuracy of acquiring the characteristic information of a subject.SOLUTION: Used is a subject information acquisition apparatus, comprising: a light source an irradiation optical system which guides light from the light source to a subject a moving part which moves the irradiation optical system to allow the irradiation optical system to emit light at a plurality of irradiation positions an acoustic wave receiving part which receives, for each of the irradiation positions, acoustic waves generated by irradiation of the subject with the light emitted from the irradiation optical system, and outputs electric signals a storage part in which a light intensity profile of a cross section of light emitted at an irradiation position is stored beforehand for each of the irradiation positions and an acquisition part which acquires a light quantity distribution formed by irradiation of the subject with the light on the basis of the information of the irradiation position and the light intensity profile of the cross section of the light emitted at the irradiation position, the profile being read out of the storage part, and which acquires the characteristic information of the subject on the basis of the acquired light quantity distribution and the electric signal output at each of the irradiation positions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、被検体の特性情報の取得精度を向上させることができる被検体情報取得装置を提供する。【解決手段】光源と、光源からの光を被検体まで導く照射光学系と、照射光学系を移動させることにより照射光学系に複数の照射位置で光を射出させる移動部と、照射光学系から射出された光が被検体に照射されることにより発生する音響波を照射位置毎に受信して電気信号を出力する音響波受信部と、照射位置で射出された光の断面の光強度プロファイルが照射位置毎に予め記憶された記憶部と、照射位置の情報と記憶部から読み出した照射位置で射出された光の断面の光強度プロファイルとに基づいて、光が被検体に照射されて形成される被検体内の光量分布を取得するとともに、取得した光量分布と照射位置毎に出力された電気信号に基づいて被検体の特性情報を取得する取得部と、を有する被検体情報取得装置を用いる。【選択図】図1
