Roller frame, has grinding rollers coupled using drive with circular belt, which is winded repeatedly around pulleys functioning as deflection pulleys, where one pulley has groove with breadth larger than cross section of belt
The frame has two grinding rollers (10, 12) coupled with each other using a coupling gear, where the gear is a crossed circular belt drive. Circular belt of the drive is winded repeatedly around associated pulleys, which function as deflection pulleys. One of the pulleys has a groove, whose breadth is larger than the cross section of belt. The frame is self-releasable during absence of food product that is to be ground. The pulleys can be axially pulled apart, if the rollers are to be re-corrugated or re-sharpened, without the need to dismantle the frame storage coupling gear.
