PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use sanitarily a skin cooling device without giving unpleasantness to a patient.SOLUTION: A skin cooling device cover bag 1 is formed in a bag shape by a transparent film made from polyethylene, and has plasticity with high heat transfer properties. The cover bag 1 includes: a first opening part 5 to take in and out the skin cooling device 10 a second opening part 6 to introduce air into the skin cooling device 10 in a state of storing the skin cooling device 10 in a storage part 4 and a third opening part 7 to discharge hot air from the skin cooling device 10.
