The present invention relates to a portable pants-shaped sitz bath, wherein a main body (11) is formed by being coupled with a lid part (12), a fixing part (13), and a support part (14). A flat oval plate is formed in a shape of which both sides are raised upward when viewed from the side so as to be used by coming in close contact with the lower body of a user. The lid part, in which through-holes (16) are formed, is formed on the upper surface of the sitz bath. A wing part (15), which is the fixing part (13) on which the lid part is placed, is formed to be extended from the upper surface, in which the lid part (12) is placed, to the side surface. A storage part (21) is formed by forming a wall from the inner side of the upper surface of the fixing part such that an empty space is formed between the wing part (15) and the storage part (21). The lower surface of the storage part (21) is closed by a support plate (23), wherein a keeping part (22) for generating heat and generating far-infrared rays is formed on the support plate. The support part (14) having a side surface connected to the outer surface of the wing part (15) is coupled to the lower side of the fixing part (13), wherein the outer surface formed by the lid part (12), the fixing part (13), and the support part (14) has, when viewed from the side, a shape formed by bending the base side of a triangle to the vertex opposite thereto and turning the same upside down.
