PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a bathing assistive device allowing a lame person to have a bath by oneself.SOLUTION: A bathing assistive device 10 having the form of a rectangular plate, has a specific gravity smaller than that of hot water in a bath tub B. The length x between proximal sides 10b and 10b of the bathing assistive device 10 facing a long-side inner surface of the bath tub B is set shorter than an inner width X of the short side of the bath tub B. A projection part 12 is extendingly provided at a central part of one side 10a between the proximal sides 10b and 10b.
