A bleeding delivery device suitable for the localized irrigation of culture spots, with particular reference to culture on sloping terrain and in pots, comprising two superposed plates (8, 10), both made of porous material, or else one of porous material and the other of impermeable material, peripherally joined one to the other and associated to a nipple (11) fixed to the upper plate, provided with an axial bore (15) communicating with a through hole machined in the application plate, suitable to allow the connection of said bleeding delivery device to a water supply network either by means of a micropipe placed within said axial bore or by direct insertion in said water supply network suitably arranged.
