PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a degree of air-tightness inside a packaging sheet for easily and reliably preventing dust and bugs from being mixed in and preventing drying of rice.SOLUTION: A packaging sheet 1 rolled in a conical shape for packaging contents 14 comprises a setting part for setting the contents 14 in packaging and a lid sheet 3b joined to the setting part at a first side part and a second side part of the setting part which is a bottom side of the conical packaging sheet 1 in packaging the contents 14 by rolling the packaging sheet 1 in a conical shape.
