The present invention relates to a seed drill comprising a plurality of elements sowing, each of the sowing element comprising means for metering and transport, controlling the flow rate of the seeds to the output of a hopper and delivering said seeds in a transfer duct for feeding means for the placement of the seeds, each of the sowing element also comprises a regulating device mounted between said means for metering and transport and said means of the ground, in the vicinity of the latter. The regulating device comprises a zone of the reserve (22a), fed with seeds, via a power supply input connected to said means for metering and transport by an upstream part (24a) of said transfer duct and a wheel (23) able to withdraw the seeds in said space of the reserve (22a), by means of at least one row of teeth forming the buckets, each ensuring the extraction of a seed in the zone of the reserve (22a) and the release of said seed in a downstream part (24b) of said transfer duct.
