Said method comprises acquiring a first set of three- dimensional biomedical data utilising a first modality, acquiring a second set of three-dimensional biomedical data utilising a second modality, generating a histological data set in dependence on the second set of data, and combining the first data set with said histological data set, wherein said combined data set provides structural and histological information.
