PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform reliable and accurate measurement applicable to a clinical examination by obtaining a blood specimen sample through a method such as sticking/adsorbing a small amount or a minute amount of blood in a filter paper and performing a biochemical examination using this sample. SOLUTION: In the biochemical examination on the blood specimen, measurement using a serum constituent can be easily carried out while effectively eliminating blood cells and the like disturbing the measurement and also quantitative measurement can be carried out when the measurement is carried out by using the specimen sample eluted from the serum separation sheet. In this way, biochemical examinations on GOT, GPT,γ-GTP, T-Cho(total cholesterol), HDL (HDL cholesterol), TG(triglyceride), UA(uric acid), BUN(blood urea nitrogen), Cre(creatinine), and the like can be carried out by easy operation and a reliable accurate result can be obtained.
