PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new cancer therapeutic agent useful for cerebral tumors such as neuroglioma and glioblastoma multiforme (GBM).SOLUTION: In a method for cancer therapy, a non-cannabinoid chemotherapeutic agent and one or more cannabinoids are used in combination. For a new cancer therapeutic agent, the cannabinoid is preferably tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD), the non-cannabinoid chemotherapeutic agent is preferably a selective estrogen receptor modulator such as raloxifene, tamoxifen and toremifene； and an alkylating agent such as cisplatin, temozolomide and carmustine, and as the cannabinoid, a pure compound may be used and a plant extract may be used.【課題】神経膠腫、多形性膠芽腫（ＧＢＭ）等の脳腫瘍に有用な新規癌治療薬の提供。【解決手段】癌治療のために、非カンナビノイド化学療法剤と１つ又は複数のカンナビノイドを組み合わせて使用する方法。前記カンナビノイドとしては、テトラヒドロカンナビノール（ＴＨＣ）及びカンナビジオール（ＣＢＤ）が好ましく、前記非カンナビノイド化学療法剤としては、ラロキシフェン、タモキシフェン、トレミフェン等の選択的エストロゲン受容体モジュレータ；シスプラチン、テモゾロミド、カルムスチン等のアルキル化剤が好ましく、前記カンナビノイドは純粋な化合物を用いてもよいし、植物抽出物を用いてもよい新規癌治療薬。【選択図】なし
