PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article in which a surface sheet contacting a skin of a wearer is flexible and the surface sheet hardly floats during wearing.SOLUTION: A surface sheet 2 which is provided on a skin facing surface side of an absorber in an absorbent article comprises a laminate of a first sheet 20 and a second sheet 21, The surface sheet 2 comprises both the sheets 20, 21 and plural salient parts 23 projecting to a skin side of a wearer from the first sheet 20, and the surface sheet satisfies all of following (1)-(4): (1) a height of each salient part 23 is 0.5 mm or more and 10 mm or less (2) a total number of joint parts 22 existing in an optional area which is a rectangular shaped area in plan view and which is optionally selected of vertical length of 10 mm and lateral length 15 mm, from the surface sheet 2 is 10 or more and 30 or less (3) a ratio of total areas of the joint parts 22 existing in the optional area to all areas of the optional area is 12% or more and 35% or less and (4) shear hardness is 21 N or more and 70 N or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】着用者の肌と接する表面シートが柔軟で且つ着用中に浮き上がりにくい吸収性物品を提供すること。【解決手段】吸収性物品において吸収体の肌対向面側に配されている表面シート2は、第1シート20と第2シート21との積層体を含み、両シート20,21のと、第1シート20が着用者の肌側に向かって突出する凸部23とをそれぞれ複数有し、且つ下記(1)~(4)を全て満たすものである。(1)凸部23の高さが0.5mm以上10mm以下。(2)表面シート2から縦10mm、横15mmの平面視長方形形状の領域を任意に選択した任意領域に存する接合部22の総数が10個以上30個以下。(3)前記任意領域の全面積に対する、該任意領域に存する接合部22の総面積の割合が12%以上35%以下。(4)せん断強度が21N以上70N以下。【選択図】図3
