The present invention discloses an anti-inflammatory composition comprising turmeric alcohol extract, beta caryophyllene, 3-o-acetyl-11-keto-beta-boswellic acid, extract obtained from Kaempferiagalangal and turmeric water extract. The present invention also describes a process of preparing the composition containing these extracts, which mainly involves extracting curcumin alcohol extract from turmeric, extracting gum resin from Boswellia serrata, AKBA is isolated from the extracted gum resin and complexed with phospholipid, beta-caryophyllene is isolated from Piper nigrum by steam distillation and subjected to fractionation for purification, flavonoids rich aqueous extract is extracted from Kaempferia galangal and turmeric water extract powder is obtained from Curcuma longa. The extracts are combined together to form a complete natural matrix, homogenized and subjected to spray drying to obtain a uniform mixture in a powdered form. The composition is useful as an anti-inflammatory agent in treatment of conditions such as acute joint pain and osteoarthritis.La présente invention concerne une composition anti-inflammatoire comprenant un extrait alcoolique de curcuma, du bêta-caryophyllène, de l'acide 3-o-acétyl-11-céto-bêta-boswellique, un extrait obtenu à partir de Kaempferiagalangal et un extrait aqueux de curcuma. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé de préparation de la composition contenant ces extraits, qui met en œuvre principalement l'extraction d'un extrait alcoolique de curcumine à partir de curcuma, l'extraction de résine de gomme à partir de Boswellia serrata, AKBA est isolé à partir de la résine de gomme extraite et complexé avec un phospholipide, le bêta-caryophyllène est isolé à partir de Piper nigrum par distillation à la vapeur et soumis à un fractionnement pour purification, un extrait aqueux riche en flavonoïdes est extrait à partir de Kaempferia galangal et une poudre d'extrait aqueux de curcuma est obtenue à partir de Curcuma longa.
