PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of switching sterilization treatment using a concentrated sterilizing agent and sterilization treatment using a sterilizing agent which is not concentrated without changing the sterilization process.SOLUTION: In the case of a concentration mode where sterilization treatment using concentrated sterilizing agent is performed, the sterilizing agent supplied from a supply device is concentrated by a concentration oven, and the concentrated sterilizing agent is sent to a pipe connected to a sterilization chamber after the inside of the sterilization chamber is decompressed to predetermined atmospheric pressure by a vacuum apparatus. On the other hand, in a non-concentration mode where sterilization treatment using a sterilizing agent which is not concentrated is performed, the sterilizing agent is supplied from the supply device to the concentration oven after the inside of the sterilization chamber is decompressed to predetermined atmospheric pressure by the vacuum apparatus, and the supplied sterilizing agent is sent to the pipe connected to the sterilization chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】濃縮された滅菌剤を用いた滅菌処理と、濃縮されていない滅菌剤を用いた滅菌処理とを、滅菌プロセスを変えることなく、切り替えることができる仕組みを提供すること。【解決手段】濃縮された滅菌剤を用いた滅菌処理を行う濃縮モードの場合は、供給装置から供給される滅菌剤を濃縮炉で濃縮し、真空機器により滅菌室内が所定の気圧まで減圧された後に、当該濃縮された滅菌剤を滅菌室と導通している管に送り、一方、濃縮されていない滅菌剤を用いた滅菌処理を行う非濃縮モードの場合は、真空機器により滅菌室内が所定の気圧まで減圧された後に供給装置から滅菌剤が濃縮炉に供給され、供給された滅菌剤を滅菌室と導通している管に送ることを特徴とする【選択図】 図7
