PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism where a sterilization process using a concentrated sterilization agent and a sterilization process using sterilizing agent that has yet been concentrated can be switched without changing the sterilization process.SOLUTION: In a concentration mode in which the sterilization process using the concentrated sterilizing agent is performed, a sterilizing agent supplied from a supply device is concentrated in a concentration furnace, and the concentrated sterilizing agent is sent to a pipe communicating with a sterilization chamber after vacuum equipment reduces the interior of the sterilization chamber to predetermined air pressure.
