The present invention comprises culturing a mesenchymal stem cell population in a culture medium containing DMEM (Dalveco's Modified Eagle's Medium), F12 (Ham F12 Medium), M171 (Medium 171), and FBS (Fetal Bovine Serum). It relates to a method of inducing or improving the wound healing properties of a mesenchymal stem cell population. The present invention is also a mesenchymal stem cell population in which at least about 90% or more of the stem cell population expresses each of the markers CD73, CD90, and CD105, and the markers CD34, CD45, and HLA. -Regarding the mesenchymal stem cell population lacking DR expression. The present invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition of this mesenchymal stem cell population.
