A rocuronium preparation capable of inhibiting vascular permeability is provided. The rocuronium preparation contains rocuronium and a buffer, and has a titratable acidity of 100 mEq or less. The buffer solution may be an acetic acid buffer solution, a citric acid buffer solution, a formic acid buffer solution, a tartaric acid buffer solution, a phosphoric acid buffer solution, a glycine / hydrochloric acid buffer solution or a citric acid / phosphoric acid buffer solution.혈관통을 억제할 수 있는 로쿠로늄(rocuronium) 제제를 제공한다. 이 로쿠로늄 제제는, 로쿠로늄과 완충액을 함유하고, 적정(滴定) 산도가 100 mEq 이하인 것을 특징으로 한다. 완충액은, 아세트산 완충액, 시트르산 완충액, 포름산 완충액, 타르타르산 완충액, 인산 완충액, 글리신·염산 완충액, 시트르산·인산 완충액 등이라도 된다.
