PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous type normal pressure superheated water vapor drying method and a device capable of continuously and smoothly carrying out the drying-sterilization treatment of various objects to be dried, and capable of providing dried objects (products) with uniform quality such as a particle size and dryness.SOLUTION: In the continuous type normal pressure superheated water vapor drying method and the device, the objects to be dried are continuously dried by a closed circuit system of normal pressure superheated water vapor. The objects to be dried are spread like powder on an air current drying tube 4 carrying hot air, after carrying out air current type aerial hot air drying, primary dried objects being obtained dispersed particles are introduced into a drier 10, the fluidized bed drying of the primary dried objects is carried out while circulating superheated water vapor so as to maintain a superheated water vapor atmosphere in the drier 10 at a certain condition, and secondary dried objects accumulated in the drier 10 after the fluidized bed drying are discharged to an exterior of the drier 10.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】種々の被乾燥物を、連続的且つスムーズに乾燥・殺菌処理することができ、粒度や乾燥度等の品質が均一である乾燥物(製品)を得ることができる連続式常圧過熱水蒸気乾燥方法及び装置を提供する。【解決手段】被乾燥物を常圧過熱水蒸気の閉回路系で連続的に乾燥させる連続式常圧過熱水蒸気乾燥方法及び装置である。被乾燥物を、熱風を通した気流乾燥管4に粉体状に散布させ、気流式空気熱風乾燥を行った後、得られた分散粒子である一次乾燥物を、乾燥器10内に導入し、乾燥器10内の過熱水蒸気雰囲気を一定条件に維持するように過熱水蒸気を循環させながら、一次乾燥物の流動層乾燥を連続的に行い、流動層乾燥後の乾燥器10内に滞留している二次乾燥物を乾燥器10の外部に排出する。【選択図】図1
