The present invention relates to the use of thiosulfate to potentiate the antipathogenic effect of lactobacilli bacteria, the thiosulfate being in an amount of at least 100 mg per 10 to 10 CFU of lactobacilli. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising at least 100 mg of thiosulfate per gram, in combination with a strain of Lactobacillus crispatus, and its use in the treatment of urogenital infections such as vaginosis, candidiasis and urinary tract infections.La présente invention concerne l'utilisation de thiosulfate pour potentialiser l'effet antipathogène de bactéries lactobacilles, le thiosulfate étant en quantité d'au moins 100 mg pour 10 à 10 UFC de lactobacilles. L'invention concerne également une composition pharmaceutique comprenant au moins 100 mg de thiosulfate par gramme, en association avec une souche de Lactobacillus crispatus, ainsi que son utilisation dans le traitement d'infections urogénitales telles que les vaginoses, les candidoses et les infections urinaires.
