PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that can stably inspect an opening state of the sheet without being influenced by image irregularities due to lighting.SOLUTION: A two-dimensional laser displacement meter 11 is arranged in one surface 20a side in an opening sheet 20 having multiple openings 21a, the two-dimensional laser displacement meter 11 is used under the condition where a reference surface table 15 is arranged in the other surface 20b side, and thereby a laser beam is applied toward the opening sheet 20 to receive the reflected light. A distance D from the reflection position of the laser beam to a light receiving unit 12b in the two-dimensional laser displacement meter 11 is measured.
