PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous skin cosmetic imparting extremely excellent feeling of use such as emollient feeling or tension feeling to skin.SOLUTION: This aqueous skin cosmetic contains a component (A) represented by formula (I), and (B). In the formula, l and m which may be the same or different, each represents an integer of 10-25. (B) A thickener comprising microgel obtained by radically polymerizing dimethylacrylamide with 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid under the condition that microgel forms a single phase microemulsion or a fine W/O emulsion by a surfactant.
