PURPOSE: A method for extending a plurality of roots on seedling of Cyclamen persicum Mill tuber is provided to obtain a large amount of aseptic seedling by treating with vegetable hormone. CONSTITUTION: A medium for inducing multi root-tuber of Cyclamen persicum Mill contains 0.01-0.1 mg/L of NAA. A seedling of Cyclamen persicum Mill has 10-50 roots. A method for inducing root tubers of Cyclamen persicum Mill comprises a step of cutting each root of the seedling of Cyclamen persicum Mill.
