PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lipid metabolism accelerating agent that can accelerate lipid metabolism more effectively to reduce the body fat efficiently.SOLUTION: The inventors conducted intensive studies of materials that accelerate fat metabolism to reduce body fat efficiently, and found out that a mixture containing high concentrations of arginine, phenylalanine, and alanine, which are main amino acids with histories of ingestion, has high lipid-metabolism accelerating action and anti-obesity action, and we complete the invention. Specifically, we found out, by monitoring the variation of glycerol in blood of an animal administered with adrenaline, that the composition containing arginine, phenylalanine, and alanine in high concentrations accelerates lipid degradation efficiently more than conventional amino acid compositions. Furthermore, the lipid metabolism acceleration effect can be confirmed in an animal fed with high fat food and loaded with exercises, and also in a human loaded with exercises.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6【課題】 本発明の課題は、より効果的に脂質代謝を促進して体脂肪を効率的に減少させることができる脂質代謝促進剤を提供することである。【解決手段】 本発明者らは、脂肪の代謝を促進し、体脂肪を効率的に減少させるような素材について鋭意研究を行ったところ、食経験のある主要なアミノ酸である、アルギニン、フェニルアラニン、およびアラニンを高濃度に含有する混合物に高い脂質代謝促進作用及び抗肥満作用があることを見出し、本発明を完成させた。 具体的には、アドレナリンを投与した動物の血中グリセロール変化量をモニターすることにより、従来のアミノ酸組成物よりも、アルギニン、フェニルアラニン、およびアラニンを高濃度に含有する組成物が脂肪の分解を促進することを見出した。さらに、高脂肪食を給餌して運動負荷をかけた動物および、運動負荷をかけたヒトにおいても、脂質代謝促進効果を確認することができた。【選択図】図６
