The present invention relates to a structure for connecting a mixing tip to an impression material cartridge, and more specifically, to a structure for connecting a mixing tip to an impression material cartridge, which allows a mixing tip connected to an upper portion of an impression material cartridge to be connected easily and conveniently to the impression cartridge regardless of coupling directions, and prevents leakage of impression material caused when the mixing tip is released while rotating by the pressure generated when the impression material is mixed in the mixing tip. To this end, locking grooves (25) are formed at intervals of 90°; in an outer circumference of a protrusion (24) of a connector (20), connection grooves (26) are disposed between the locking grooves (25) while being connected at the same depth as the locking grooves (25) in both sides of the protrusion (24), and stoppers (15) corresponding to the locking grooves (25) formed at intervals of 90°; are formed at intervals of 180°; in a protrusion groove (14). Accordingly, it is possible to prevent release of the mixing tip by the stoppers inserted into the locking grooves formed at intervals of 90°; in order to prevent the mixing tip from rotating by the pressure generated when the impression material is mixed in the mixing tip. When a hanger is inserted into an upper portion of the impression material cartridge by avoiding a hanging bar protruding from the upper portion, a connection tube of the connector is inserted into a discharge tube, thereby conveniently performing coupling of the connection tube to the discharge tube corresponding to positions thereof. In a case in which the mixing tip is connected to the impression material cartridge, when a cap portion is inserted into the mixing tip and rotated about 90°;, the stoppers are locked by the locking grooves of the connector, and when the cap portion reversely rotates about 90°;, the stoppers locked by the locking groov
