PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine that a body motion is a specific body motion.SOLUTION: A bed-leaving monitoring device comprises: an acquisition part S110 a specification part S140 estimation parts S120, S145, S160 and determination parts S130, S150, S160, S180. The acquisition part repeatedly acquires a detection signal from an observation part S110. The specification part repeats specification of a user position based on the detection signal S140. The estimation parts estimate movement speed of the user position based on the user positions which are repeatedly specified S120, S160.
