PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety of a user of a bed in a bed leaving monitoring device.SOLUTION: A bed leaving monitoring device comprises: an acquisition part S120 a determination part S180 a notification control part S220 and an update part S300. The determination part determines repeatedly, whether or not a user on a bed is present in a set regulation area according to a detection signal acquired on the acquisition part. The notification control part executes a notification control for notifying of a fact that, the user on the bed enters the regulation area, when the user on the bed enters the regulation area.
