The device for transport and medical treatment of patients consists of a chassis (1) with wheels (11) arranged in the edges of a fictitious parallelogram with a central longitudinal symmetry axis (X - X). The device further comprises a bearing (2) consisting of a support frame (20) and which is spaced apart from each other in the direction of said axis (X - X), supported in the vertical direction of the movable telescopic support columns (3, 4) on said chassis (1). Said telescopic support columns (3, 4) are each arranged on each side of said axis (X - X), each in its diagonally opposite angle (111, 112) of said fictitious parallelogram formed by chassis wheels (11).
