PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment port easily opening/closing a connection port of a tube for liquid collection and capable of ensuring sealability of the connection port even when an error is generated in manufacturing or the medical treatment port is used continuously for a long period, and a blood purifier including the medical treatment port.SOLUTION: A port 1 is disposed in a dialysate solution feed line L1 in which a dialysate solution circulates and includes: an inner cylinder 3 a body 4 including an inner cylinder accommodation part 41 formed between an outer periphery of the inner cylinder 3 and the body and accommodating the inner cylinder 3 an outer peripheral wall 6 projecting from a periphery of the inner cylinder accommodation part 41 in the body 4 in a direction where the inner cylinder 3 extends and including an opening 61 formed in a tip and a lid member 7 attached detachably on the outer peripheral wall 6 and sealing the opening 61. An inner peripheral face of the outer peripheral wall 6 includes a tapered face 62 inclining such that a diameter of the opening 61 increases toward the opening 61 side.
