PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood processing circuit capable of completely removing air from a recovery bag, having excellent workability of the blood processing, and reducing a production cost, and a blood processing method.SOLUTION: A blood processing circuit 1 includes: a main circuit 30 comprising a storage bag 2 in which whole blood or blood components are stored and an air is preliminarily enclosed, a blood processing filter 3 for removing unnecessary objects from the whole blood or blood components, a recovery bag 4 for recovering the whole blood or blood components from which the unnecessary objects are removed, an upstream-side line 5 for connecting the storage bag 2 and the blood processing filter 3, and a downstream-side line 6 for connecting the blood processing filter 3 and the recovery bag a branch line 8 branching from a midway part of the downstream-side line 6 via a branch pipe 7 an air storage part 9 for storing the air in the inside of the blood processing circuit 1 and a clamp 10 provided on a downstream side of the branch pipe 7 in the downstream-side line 6, and selectively closing the blood processing circuit 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】回収バッグ内からエアーを完全に除去することができ、しかも、血液処理の作業性に優れ、製造コストも低くできる血液処理回路および血液処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】血液処理回路1は、全血または血液成分を収容し、エアーが予め封入された収容バッグ2と、全血または血液成分から不要物を除去する血液処理フィルター3と、不要物が除去された全血または血液成分を回収する回収バッグ4と、収容バッグ2と血液処理フィルター3とを接続する上流側ライン5と、血液処理フィルター3と回収バッグとを接続する下流側ライン6と、からなる主回路30と、下流側ライン6の途中から分岐管7を介して分岐する分岐ライン8と、血液処理回路1の内部のエアーを収容するエアー収容部9と、下流側ライン6で分岐管7の下流側に設けられ、血液処理回路1を選択的に閉塞するクレンメ10と、を有する。【選択図】図1
