The assembly comprises a panel (1) mounted on a framework (300) by way of connecting means designed to hold the panel (1) in at least three use configurations, in which the panel (1) forms a floor that is more or less horizontal in the upper part of the framework (300) in a first configuration, the panel (1) is raised in a more or less vertical manner at the rear of the framework (300) in a second configuration, and the panel (1) is deployed in an inclined manner at the rear of the framework (300) so as to form an access ramp in a third configuration.
